As with any specialised equipment our products require maintenance from highly trained technicians to ensure long-term productivity and minimum downtime. All servicing is carried out by fully trained ODS Kyocera Technicians of the very highest calibre.

Our Fully Comprehensive Kyocera Service Program Includes:

  • Response Time 4 Hours
  • Installation and configuration of all accessories
  • Delivery and installation of the Kyocera MFD Products Nationally
  • Connection to your network, configuration in conjunction with your IT personal
  • Operator training by certified ODS Staff
  • Follow-up & advanced training upon requested during the service contract
  • All consumable spare parts (rollers, developer etc.)
  • All replacement drums
  • All labour/travel included
  • eMeter Reading for Toner Levels/Page Counts
  • Regular preventative maintenance and scheduled maintenance visits
  • Breakdown/emergency call outs during business hours
  • Automatic escalation of breakdown call-outs
  • Computerized Service Management Work Control System

Routine (preventative & scheduled maintenance) calls are logged/responded to in advance of the machines actual requirement.  Please note that failure/damage caused by willful misuse or act of God are not covered by our Customer Care Program.
